Day 1:

1. Depart from Singapore Ferry Terminal

Arrive at the ferry terminal 60-90 minutes in advance to collect your boarding pass and take the high-speed boat to Batam. Please check whether the ferry terminal is Harbourfront or Tenah Merah according to your booking confirmation

2. Arrive in Batam

After about 45-60 minutes of sailing, you will arrive at Batam Ferry Terminal. Please follow the team to the customs hall to complete customs clearance procedures. After exiting the customs hall, our tour guide (in red uniform) will pick you up at the door. Please pay attention to your name on the signage. If you are under Free and Easy Package, the bus will take you directly to the hotel to check in; if you are under City Tour Package, the bus will take you for the one-day tour.

3. Light breakfast at Gold Coast

A picturesque new destination in Batam, offering stunning views of natural beauty and a beautiful beach atmosphere. You'll have a light breakfast here to start your trip.

4. Elite Adventure and Sea Sports Center

At this new location, you can indulge in various water sports and activities such as Jetski, Parasailing, Canoe, Banana Boat, and ATV rides （these activities will be at your own expense）

5. Visit CHENG HO MOSQUE

9. Seafood lunch at local restaurant

Enjoy a delicious seafood lunch at Golden Prawn Kelong Seafood Restaurant at the Golden Prawn restaurant one-of-a-kind built in the style of a traditional kelong. 10. Golden City (own expenses)

This place offers a wide range of sports activities such as High Rope Teambuilding, Go Kart Circuit Centre, Paintball, Flying Fox, etc. These activities will be at your own expenses.

11. Dino's Gate & Mini-zoo (ticket NOT included)

This attraction visit where you can experience and explore related to dinosaurs and prehistoric themes. There are also rabbits, owls, ducks and other small animals to pet.

12. Go to Buddhist Temples

Visiting these Buddhist temples in Batam is dedicated to the worship of Buddha and promotes teachings of compassion, loving-kindness, and peace

13. Embark on an informative tour at the LATEX WORKSHOP

After whole days exploring we will send you back to ferry terminal or hotel for checking in according to your tour package.

2. The above itinerary may be affected by traffic, weather, attraction maintenance and other factors, which may lead to skipping some attractions or adjusting the order of the tour. Please understand that we cannot notify you in advance.

Day2 (for 2D1N package):

1. Breakfast at hotel

Normally, our packages include hotel buffet breakfast, so remember not to miss breakfast time

2. Continue to explore the hotel or surrounding areas

After breakfast you can explore the hotel's facilities or continue exploring nearby attractions and culture

3. Check out and head to the ferry terminal

Most hotels will require check-out before 12pm. Our shuttle bus will arrive at the hotel between 11:00-12:00 to pick you up and take you to the terminal to take the ferry back to Singapore. Our bus will arrive at the terminal around 1 pm. You can take the ferry at 2:30 pm or later. Since the Batam Center terminal is located in a shopping mall, you can also have lunch there during the waiting time.

FAQs:

1. How to pay for the package?

If you place order from Lervice.com platform or APP then just follow the online procedures to make payment online using paynow or credit card. For those who are not familiar with online orders you may paynow to our company account directly, please ask for paynow QR code or UEN number for payment (Whatsapp: +6587879687 Wechat: Lervice65).

2. What documents do I need to provide to book the package?

We only need your passport copy and mobile phone to finish the booking.

3. How to redeem/collect the ferry ticket?

Similar as taking a flight, you just need to go to the ferry terminal and show your passport to collect the boarding pass from the ferry operator's counter (counter name and address printed on the booking confirmation).

4. When do I need to arrive at the ferry terminal?

60 mins in off-peak seasons or 90 mins in peak seasons/public holidays before the departure time of the ferry to collect the boarding pass and clear the customs.

5. What documents do I need to take on the departure day?

Passport, Singapore ID/Permit and the booking confirmation letter.

6. Who will pick me up at batam terminal?

Our local agent (in red uniform) will pick you up at Batam Centre Ferry Terminal (pls pay attention to your name on the signage holding by guide). If you are arriving at Nongsa Ferry Terminal, the hotel will pick you up, please looking for the hotel sign board.

7. Can I use Singapore dollar directly in batam?

No, you will need to convert Singapore dollar into local currency from money changer in Singapore terminal or at batam terminal. 

8. Do I need to apply visa to visit batam/bintan?

No need for ASEAN countries. For other passports like China or India, you can apply visa-on-arrival at batam ferry terminal at IDR 500k/pax (about SGD 45, if you pay SGD directly then need to pay $50).
