1. Scanned copy/photo of the first page of the passport

Hold the passport + entry approval letter + 1 hardcopy 2-inch photo at the port of entry and submit it to the visa window for verification, and pay a verification fee of 25 US dollars

Explanation on the validity period of Vietnam visa/approval:

Assuming that you place an order with us on January 1st and designate the entry date as February 1st and the departure date as February 15th, the stay date granted by the approval is from February 1st to 15th, and you can only stay in Vietnam during this period. If you departure late on February 10, you still need to leave Vietnam before February 15 and cannot be extended.
