Need to notarize/legalize/authenticate the non-official documents for overseas use, e.g “Power of Attorney” (POA) to authorize others to buy/sell real estate, vehicle or other property on behalf of yourself in other countries/regions.

Service Scope

1. Notarization of the documents by Singapore Notary Public

2. Legalization by Singapore Academy of Law

3. Attach Apostille Certificate for using in 100+ Hague Convention countries

Supporting Documents Needed

1. Original/copy of the documents need to be notarised (WITHOUT signature)

2. Photocopy of IC i.e. passport or ACRA file for applicants 

Special Notes

1. Client will need to provide the documents and make sure the documents meet the requirement by the Authority where applied. (Additional legal fee will be charged if need lawyer to draft the documents)

2. For documents need signatures like POA, MUST be signed in front of the Notary Public arranged by us, ALL signatories need to be attend in same time. (Contact us if the applicant cannot attend in person)

Service Period

1. 1-2 working days to confirm face to face signing of documents (if applies)

2. 3-5 working days after documents signed on site.

Please be reminded, the function is only supported in APP, and only order status showed "Completed" can be printed. (Order status will change to "Completed" after the order QR code been scanned by seller)
