About the moving time:

Due to the traffic jam or sudden heavy rain or delays from previous customers, the arrival time of the workers maybe 1-2 hours earlier/later to your appointed time, we seek your kind  understand . When this happens, we will contact you in advance.

Situations where an additional fee is required:

1. If piano included, an additional SGD 60 will be charged for each;

2. If LCD screen included, i.e. LCD TV/LCD monitor, an additional SGD 30 will be charged for each;

3. If massage chair included, SGD 80/each will be charged

4. For kingsized bed frame, wardrobe or other big furniture need disemble service, additional fee will be charged due to extra time and workload;

5. If there are steps/stairs in the moving-in and moving-out address, where the pallet cannot be pushed out and needs to be manually moved, and an additional fee will be charged according to the number of steps;

How to print order record or invoice?

Here is how: Download ServiceOnline APP > login > My Orders > Tap into the order detail page > Print Order. 

Please be reminded, the function is only supported in APP, and only order status showed "Completed" can be printed. (Order status will change to "Completed" after the order QR code been scanned by seller)
